As Senior Manager, Adjudicative & Risk Management Services for the City of Vaughan, Christine oversees adjudicative services and has served as Secretary-Treasurer to the Committee of Adjustment since 2014. She began her Committee of Adjustment career in 2008 and has completed the OACA Primer on Planning Course.
Christine holds the Accredited Committee Secretary-Treasurer (ACST) designation through the Ontario Association of Committees of Adjustment & Consent Authorities (OACA) and the Accredited Municipal Professional (AMP) designation through the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO). She holds a Diploma in Public Administration from Western University and a Diploma in Municipal Administration through AMCTO. In 2025, she completed the Certificate in Adjudication for Administrative Agencies, Boards and Tribunals through SOAR and Osgoode Hall Law School, and in 2024 completed the AMCTO–Ivey Canadian Municipal Leadership Accelerator at the Ivey Business School, Western University.
