Brandon Bell is a Senior Planner with the Town of Caledon and a proud Member of the City of Vaughan’s Committee of Adjustment. His journey in planning includes previous roles as a Planner with the City of Vaughan and a Zoning Examiner for the Town of Newmarket and the City of Brampton. Plus, his experience in construction project management provides a valuable understanding of the interconnectedness of the entire development process, from initial planning approvals through to final implementation.
Beyond his professional life, Brandon is all about family adventures, Toronto FC home games, road trips (the packing is part of the fun, right?), tackling home renovations (mostly successful!), and maybe, if lucky, sneaking in a longer snooze on Sunday mornings! When it comes to land use, Brandon's truly lit up by helping others navigate the planning world, finding those sweet spots for process improvement, and championing the Committee of Adjustment in all its fascinating complexity!
