Hotel Accommodation:

  The exclusive group hotel rate (starting at $209) has been extended to September 3, 2024. After this date, this rate will not be available and rooms will be subject to availability at the hotel’s best available rate. One night’s deposit for all individual hotel room reservations will be taken at time of reservation.

  Registrations will be processed upon completion of the online form. Payment is accepted via credit card only, and cheques are not accepted.

OACA Members:

  OACA members must log in order to receive the member discount. 

  Before you submit the form, verify that the correct fee amount is shown. Members that register without logging in first will be subject to the non-member rate and no fee discounts will be processed once the form is submitted. Non-Members:

  Non-Members are to register without logging into the website.

Registering Another Member or Non-Member:

  A member registering another person who is also a member must first log out of their own account and then log into the second member’s valid account for registration to process correctly. Please do not change a member's name and email address to your own in order to receive the registration confirmation email. A second email address field has been provided below to allow you to request a copy of the confirmation email and receipt.

  A member registering another person who is a non-member must ensure they are logged out of their own account for registration to process correctly.
