The Ontario Municipal Board has circulated new appeal forms for use when submitting appeals to the Board. They have also developed an appeal form to be completed by the appellant when submitting an appeal. Of interest, as of September 1, 2006 the Board will no longer accept personal cheques and all appeal fees shall be by certified cheque or money order.
